(1) Your Annual percentage Rate (APR) is Fixed. The East River Federal
Credit Union offers a tiered-pricing program. This allows as many members
as possible to obtain financing. A member’s individual rate will
be determined by the member’s credit history with the credit
union and other financial institutions.
(2) Late Charge: If the minimum required payment is not received within
25 days after the closing date subsequent to the payment due date, a
late charge of $25.00 will be imposed.
(3) Over Limit Fee: This fee is applied when a balance is 10% or more
over the limit.
