CU@Home (Online Banking) is a FREE service that will provide you secure access to your account information and CU Bill Pay will provide you with a secure way to pay your bills online from your credit union checking account. These services can be accessed by members 24 hours a day, seven days a week, anywhere in the world.

e-Statements

e-Statements are a part of our CU@Home Online Banking which allows you to receive and view your East River FCU Statements from the convenience and privacy of your home. This secure and convenient banking alternative will allow you to receive your ERFCU monthly and quarterly statements from any computer with Internet access and will replace your traditional paper statement.

Your e-Statement will be available earlier than your paper statement. You will receive an e-mail notification from ERFCU stating that your statement is ready to view. You can go to our website and review your statement by signing into your account. Your statements will be available for 16 months.

What are the Benefits to e-Statements?

• Your e-Statement will be available earlier than you normally receive your paper statement.
• e-Statements can be retrieved for up to 16 months, eliminating the need to worry about filing and storing traditional statements for later reference.
• e-Statements can be viewed, printed or downloaded onto your computer or a disk anytime you want. And you can download and keep all of your e-Statements in one central location, making them easy to organize and retrieve.
• e-Statements are FREE and decrease ERFCU expenses, a savings which is passed on to members in the form of higher dividends and lower interest rates.
• e-Statements reduce the risk of exposing financial information when paper statements are mailed or discarded.

Enroll in e-Statements

You can enroll in e-Statements by signing into CU@Home (Online Banking) and clicking the “eStatements” link under the “Self Service” tab.  Once you enroll, you will click the same link to access your e-Statements.

Please note, once you choose to receive your statements electronically, you will no longer receive paper copies via traditional mail.

Newsletter and Statement Inserts

When you enroll in e-Statements, you can still view our Member Connections newsletter and any statement inserts directly online (in PDF format).  When viewing your e-Statement, simply select the appropriate links from the menu on the right side of the page.
