Eligibility: Open to all legal U.S. residents 18 years or older of 10/01/2022. East River Federal Credit Union employees, Board Members, Supervisory Committee Members, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winner must be in good standing with ERFCU to be eligible with no delinquencies on loans or negative balances. To Enter: Begins 10/01/2022, 12:00:01 a.m. CDT and ends 06/33/2023 11:59:59 p.m. CDT. Any member who completes a referral as listed above or is a referral as listed above, will receive one (1) entry. Individuals may also enter the drawing by mailing a 3x5 card with your name, address, and phone number to ERFCU, Marketing Office, 220 S Harth Avenue, Madison, SD 57042. Mailed entries must be received before close of business on June 30, 2023, to be entered FOR $500 in Visa Gift Cards, $100 over the course of 5 months.
Winner selection: Drawing will be held on July 15, 2023. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be contacted via phone, email or mail within five (5) business days of the drawing date. Winner must contact credit union to sign a publicity release and provide/have a photo take within five (5) business days of being notified by ERFCU about winning the contest or forfeit their winnings and a new winner will be drawn. Photos and winner’s name (first name) can be posted to social media or used in other marketing purposes following the delivery of the winnings. Winner will be responsible for contacting the credit union monthly to receive their $100 gift card that will be picked up at the credit union by the winner in a timely manner.

3 A new member, for purposes of this program, is defined as anyone who has not been a member of ERFCU in the past 24 months, was not a charged off account at anytime, and is not a business entity. Business membership referrals are not eligible for this program. Referred parties must be at least 18 years of age. Any party who became a member of ERFCU prior to this promotion will not be able to assert that he or she was previously referred.
