Online Banking Login Changes Are Coming On August 13th

In an effort to prevent identity theft, changes are being made to the logon ID criteria for our online banking service. Any member with online banking that currently uses their account number, social security number or email address as a logon ID will be required to change it beginning August 13th.

When a member logs on to online banking on or after August 13th, they will use their current logon credentials. After signing in, a “Chance Logon ID” screen will appear. The member must enter a new logon ID before proceeding into their online banking account. (See Figure 1 below)

Please note that logon ID’s can only be changed in online banking. If you are a mobile banking user, you will need to logon to your online banking account to make this change.
