Important Information - Please Read: New System Conversion & What You Need to Know

We are LIVE! Our conversion was successful. Read below for new directions and important FAQs.

MEMBER NOTICE:

  • Branch: OPEN 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Drive-thru open 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
  • Services: Conversion complete. Online Banking available with new login process.
  • Mobile App: Still OFFLINE (pending app store certification).
  • Phone Support: Available at 605-256-8145 for assistance from our partnered call center.


**Online & Mobile Banking Re-Enrollment Steps

It’sMe247 – New Online Banking – Live March 4, 2025

Our Online Banking system that offers the new features is now called It'sMe247. Since this is a new online banking platform, you will need to re-enroll in this service when you access it for the first time.

First-time login instructions:

  1. Visit www.EastRiverFCU.com, scroll down and click the yellow button that says "View Full Site" if on a phone browser, and find the Online Banking sign-in box on the left. 
  2. Click “First Time User?” on the bottom of that box.
  3. Enter your member account number and type in your full Social Security Number. 
  4. You will then receive a text or email two-factor authentication code to the phone number or email on file for your account. 
  5. Enter your authentication code and you will be prompted to set up your password and save. 
  6. Complete the requested security questions. 
  7. Answers are not case sensitive 
  8. Click Save my Questions. 
  9. Accept the terms and conditions of use.

Please Note:The password you create will be used to log in to the Mobile App the first time as well.

IT'SME247 Mobile App – Will be live in a few weeks after March 4. Will announce via email, Facebook, and our website when it’s live.

Our new online banking system offers more user-friendly features and more functionality through the new mobile app! Once the conversion is complete you'll need to delete the current app and download the new mobile app.

  1. Delete the old mobile app. Go to the iTunes Store or Google Play Store search for East River Federal Credit Union. 
  2. Download the app. 
  3. If you already logged into ItsMe247 online banking use those credentials to log in. If not go to step 5. 
  4. Click “First Time User.”
  5. Enter your member account number and type in your full Social Security Number.
  6. You will then receive a text or email two-factor authentication code to the phone number or email on file for your account.
  7. Enter your authentication code and you will be prompted to set up your password and save.
  8. Complete the requested security questions
  9. Answers are not case sensitive.
  10. Click Save my Questions. 
  11. Accept the terms and conditions of use.

Please Note: Your login and password will be the same as the It'sMe247 log-in that needs to be created.

Phone Banking 

From March 4 - April 4, please contact 1-833-510-4886 and follow the directions to set up phone banking. If prompted for a PIN during your call, enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number. After April 4, if you still wish to set up phone banking, please call us at 605-256-8145.

  • Open additional account types online.
  • Near real-time processing of remote deposit items.
  • Set up auto and ACH transfers within online banking.
  • Transfer funds between your account and another member’s account.
  • Apply for a loan through online banking.
  • Receive direct deposit payments early for a small fee.

Will my account number change?
No. Your account number will stay the same.

How do I sign up for the new Bill Pay system?
Our new Bill Pay system will be housed in Online Banking and our new app. You’ll need to re-enroll in Bill Pay through the new system, whether using our online banking webpage or the mobile app when it becomes available. (Directions to re-enroll in both are up above.) 

How do I sign up for e-Statements after the conversion?
You can sign up for e-statements in Mobile Banking when the app becomes available. 

How do I set up new ACH payments after the conversion? 

For any new ACH setups after the conversion:

  • If it's for a checking account, members can contact us after March 4 to obtain their new MICR number.
  • Alternatively, you can use their account number along with your new 3-digit suffix to set up ACH transactions. (New account 3-digit suffixes will be available on our website soon.)
