East River FCU staff raise funds all year long by donating money to wear jeans each Friday. Those donations are pooled together in December and the team votes on who the recipient will be. Our team selected Almost Home Canine Rescue to receive the $865 that was raised.
Almost Home representative, Tara Brady stated, "The funds raised will go a long way to assist with the medical costs and other needs we provide for the rescue animals."
Almost Home Canine Rescue is dedicated to assisting, rescuing, fostering and providing a lifetime of love and care for unwanted, homeless, abused or neglected animals. Their main service area is the Madison community.
