The East River Federal Credit Union 61st Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, June 7th (last night). Over 40 members attended the annual meeting. President Mechelle Johnson opened the meeting by providing an overview of the credit union’s successful year. Two board positions were open for election. The nominating committee proposed the names of incumbent directors Scott Knisley and Ann Hyland. Randy Hoffman and Jeff Nelson received nominations from the floor. A ballot was taken and Randy Hoffman and Jeff Nelson were elected to the board of directors, each with a three-year term.
East River Federal Credit Union wishes to welcome the newly elected board of directors and thanks them for their commitment to our credit union members, staff and community. East River Federal Credit Union expresses their appreciation to outgoing board of directors Scott Knisley and Ann Hyland for their service. Ann was recently appointed to fulfill the term of previous board member Julie Gross and Scott Knisley faithfully served on the board for 12 years.
Board positions will be decided on at the June board meeting.
