NOTICE: The East River Federal Credit Union ATM located on S Washington Ave is now CHIP enabled. ATM users will have to insert their card, remove it and then insert it again. After inserting the card the second time, leave the card inserted through the entire transaction and then remove the card when prompted. The machine will hold the card in place until the end of the transaction. Don't forget to remove your card when the transaction is completed.
