East River Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that Michele Gran, Universal Member Service Representative, is now part of the ERFCU team. Gran brings with her a wealth of financial experience with over 25 years in the industry. Much of her career has been spent underwriting
student loans.
“I have been a lifelong member of a Credit Union and started my financial services career in a Credit Union,” said Gran. “I am excited to be returning to my roots. I have experienced the benefits Credit Unions provide to their member-owners. I am looking forward to assisting ERFCU member-owners with their lending needs.”
Gran will serve as a financial partner for members and help them find the best financial products and loan options to fit their situations. East River FCU offers a variety of savings, checking and loan products including auto loans, recreational vehicle loans, personal/signature loans, home improvement loans, home equity lines of credit and construction loans.

Gran grew up in Madison, S.D. and has an associate degree in Financial Services from Southeast Tech in Sioux Falls, S.D. Nine years ago years ago, she returned to the Madison area and commuted to Sioux Falls for work prior to joining ERFCU. Gran has a teenage son that keeps her busy with his involvement in activities. When she isn’t busy cheering him and his teammates on, she enjoys shopping, fishing, baking and spending time with friends and family. Every summer, Gran looks forward to spending a week at the lake reconnecting and making memories with her extended family
