According to a press release by the IRS, the third round of Economic Impact Payments will begin to reach Americans as soon as Wednesday, March 17.
The first batch of payments will be sent by direct deposit, with additional batches of payments sent in the coming weeks by direct deposit and through the mail as a check or debit card. The vast majority of these payments will be by direct deposit.

You can also setup alerts in your online banking account when a direct deposit is above a certain amount. Just login into your account, go to the "Self-Service" tab and select the account you wish to setup the alert for.
